Privacy notice
The short version: the dates you enter into the calculators stay in your browser. This site does not require an account.
Calculator inputs
All calculations run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The dates, cycle lengths, and other values you enter are not transmitted to this site’s server, saved to an account, or placed in a URL.
Contraction timer records exist only in the open page. They are cleared when you reload or close the page. Use the print function if you want to keep a copy.
What the site does not do
- It does not require or offer user accounts.
- It does not sell or share calculator inputs.
- It does not send calculator inputs to Google Analytics.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-QH9EKW5993) to understand which pages are visited and how the site is used. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect technical information such as the page URL, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and interactions with the site. The dates and other values you enter into the calculators are not sent to Google Analytics; those calculations run only in your browser and are not included in page URLs.
Google’s use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can limit analytics through your browser settings or a content blocker.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by a hosting provider, which may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and timestamps in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Those logs are controlled by the hosting provider and are not used here to identify individual calculator inputs, because the inputs never leave your browser.

Pages may link to other websites, including health organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this notice does not cover.
Changes
If the site adds accounts, server-side storage, or additional tracking in the future, this notice will be updated before those features are used.
